About this Project
In 2019 Desired paint effects worked together with Q Maintenance to complete a full repaint to exterior walls & repairs and repainting work internally to the property.
This was the first time the property had been worked on since it was built 12 years prior.
We successfully repaired the cornice, wall cracks and gaps in skirtings to walls and other structural defects. We also repainted the internal areas to match the existing to assist in preparing the property to be listed on the market for sale.
